21st International Conference on The Future of Asia | Asia Beyond 2015: The Quest for Lasting Peace and Prosperity

The year 2015 is a historical milestone for the Asia-Pacific region. Economic integration will enter a new stage with the inauguration of the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) later in the year. It also marks 70 years from the end of the Second World War, as well as landmark anniversaries for many nations. In the 21st International Conference on The Future of Asia, we will discuss the task ahead for the Asia-Pacific region beyond 2015 as it continues its quest for lasting peace and prosperity.

The speech by the Secretary of Finance, Republic of the Philippines, Cesar V. Purisima, has been changed from the morning of the first day to the morning of the second day, and the speech by the Minister of Commerce of the Kingdom of Cambodia, Sun Chanthol, has been changed from the morning of the second day to the morning of the first day.
Additionally, the Minister of Commerce of the Kingdom of Cambodia, Sun Chanthol, will also take part in the panel discussion “Prospects and Challenges for the ASEAN Economic Community” Part 1 in the afternoon of the first day.
